The Pool

Twenty-five metres of infinity edge running the full width of the pavilions, with the lawn on one side and the sand on the other. Deep enough to swim properly, shallow at the near end for children, and lit after dark.

Living, Indoors and Out

The main pavilion opens so the line between the sitting room and the deck seating disappears. Deep sofas under thirty-foot ceilings inside, a shaded lounge on the timber deck outside, and the pool and the ocean in front of both.

The Bar, the Cinema and the Library

Three rooms for the parts of a holiday that are not the pool. A thatched bar pavilion for the hour before dinner, a proper cinema for the wet afternoon, and a quiet room with a desk for anyone who still has to work.

Tennis and Basketball

A full-size floodlit tennis court in the grounds, with basketball hoop at one end, screened by frangipani and palms. Play in the cool of the morning or under lights after dinner.
